Drawing Policy

You won’t see the design in advance. Due to the high volume of clientele, I am currently unable to accommodate early drawings. I plan enough time during the appointment to make any necessary changes. Your proposal form and our emailing provides ample information to create your piece.

* I understand this may be difficult to accept and I will try to accommodate when possible - but I may not be the artist for you - and that’s okay!

Deposits are nonrefundable.

If you need to reschedule - please email as soon as possible.

• With 4+ days notice, your deposit will be transferred to a new date. This can happen only once.

• Less than 4 days notice may require a new deposit to book a new date.
